CENTRIFUGAL FAN

VENTILATION ARCHITECT

The LEVTECH centrifugal fan is constructed from corrosion-resistant materials and designed for duct mounting, provide utmost reliability wherever dust, fumes, contaminated air, toxic or corrosive gases are to be handled, have a low noise level and are easily maintained. An integrated extraction system is an essential component of a Fume Cupboard Management System.

Centrifugal Fan Materials

The Impeller are made entirely of Polypropylene (PP), The motor base is made of galvanised steel, housing shall be constructed of strong High Density Polyethylene for maximum corrosion resistance (Fibre glass construction are also available upon request)

Levtech Centrifugal Fan

In the practice the PV fan proves to be sturdy, compact, synthetic material fan with good ventilation properties, such as a large production of air at considerable static head, a low sound-level and high efficiency level. All parts are proof against corrosive and aggressive fumes.

Mounting

 

Standard design is that all fans are directly driven by a single / three revolution electromotor. On application the fan can also be supplied with belt / pulley drive for other speeds

Impeller

 

The impeller is a forward curved multi-blade one piece injection moulded by Polypropylene (PP) incorporating a steel reinforced hub. The design ensure that there is no contact in between corrosive gases and the steel shaft or impeller hub. (Operation Temperature 60 degree Celsius)

Dependability & Economic Operation

 

The fan warrant a high and long-lasting dependability because of their sound construction and high-quality materials, because of their high efficiency the fan result in economic operation

Housing

 

Housing shall be constructed of High Density Polyethylene (PE) for corrosion resistance and able to stand UV attack when fan was installed outdoor or exposed to direct sunlight for long period. Housing was one piece moulded to completely avoid leaking. Housing reversible and rotatable to any of the 8 standard discharge position. (Operation Temperature 60 degree Celsius)
